The time you hurt yourself while cycling and a stranger goes out of their way to help you...
The day you reach home from office late, take in the delicious aroma of the food but find the dishes still covered...
The time someone remembers your favorite show or your favorite song or watches the show you recommended them...
The time when a lunchbox full of chhole bhature turns empty within a jiffy in school...
The day a seed planted by you long back finally turns itself into a plant adorned with beautiful flowers...
Moments like this.
Life is nothing but a beautiful chain of small and insignificant moments like this. The joy felt by the soul in these little moments is what makes all the struggles we've been through worth it. But quite surprisingly and very often, it's these little moments that go unappreciated and people don't seem to realize the power they hold. We get so caught up in superficial things and the daily hustle and bustle of our life that we fail to truly enjoy these moments...fail to enjoy what actually matters.
Go out there and try to give someone else a few of these moments as the way they influence an individual's life is just amazing. One smile of yours may make a stranger's day, a pizza party for dinner maybe what makes a friend's shitty day end well (tbh it make anyone's day end well) and one act of kindness might be all it takes to restore someone's faith in humanity!
These little moments matter...they matter more than anything else as only when we look back in our lives do we realize that they're actually the precious ones and it's perfectly true that sometimes things that we consider insignificant hold the most significance.
